Board Chairman
Ingrid Fogle serves as the Board Chair for the Nonprofit Consulting Academy and is currently a Graduate Assistant at Ball State University, where she continues to strengthen her skills in leadership, research, and community engagement. In her role as Board Chair, Ingrid provides strategic guidance and governance oversight to support the Academy’s mission of empowering nonprofit leaders and organizations. Her dedication to education, service, and ethical leadership plays an essential role in advancing the Academy’s vision for sustainable and impactful nonprofit work.

Dr. LaTonya Hughes serves as the Board Vice Chairman and Director of Curriculum for the Nonprofit Consulting Academy. She is an Assistant Professor in the Management Program within the Plaster College of Business and Entrepreneurship, where she specializes in developing future leaders through organizational and management education. Dr. Hughes brings deep academic expertise, strategic insight, and a commitment to excellence in curriculum development, ensuring the Academy’s programs are rigorous, relevant, and aligned with best practices in nonprofit leadership and organizational change.
Myesha Jones serves as the Board Chaplain and an instructor with the Nonprofit Consulting Academy, offering spiritual guidance, encouragement, and leadership development to both the board and program participants. She is the Founder of Replenish 1:28 in Northwest Indiana, where she is dedicated to restoration, empowerment, and holistic support for individuals and communities. Through her dual roles, Myesha brings faith-centered leadership, compassion, and practical wisdom, helping to nurture purpose-driven nonprofit leaders while strengthening the Academy’s commitment to service, integrity, and impact.
TSGT Allandrea Robinson is a member of the United States Air Force and serves as the Director of Governance and Compliance for the Nonprofit Consulting Academy. She brings a strong background in structure, accountability, and regulatory oversight, ensuring the organization upholds ethical standards, sound governance practices, and compliance excellence. Her military experience reinforces her disciplined, mission-focused approach, making her an invaluable leader in strengthening organizational integrity and supporting the Academy’s long-term sustainability.
